You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been sent and will be able to follow this up with the transport service directly.

We only ship Australia wide at this point unless pre-arranged

Lantiasgift will not accept returns based on a change of mind.

Crystals are natural from mother nature. Each has its own unique characteristics. Please expect your crystal to have imperfections, they are perfect pieces that are gifts from mother nature. Our crystals are all hand cut, shaped and polished. No two pieces will ever be the same.

All items purchased from us here are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent out to customers. We use bubble wrap and peanut foam filling to ensure that your purchase arrives safely. However on the rare occasion that your purchase has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

For breakages please email Lantia@outlook.com with your order details and a photo of your purchase along with your query.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Lantia. All refunds will be made through the type of payment in which you made the original purchase.  Once we receive the returned item, we will begin the refund process within 7-10 business days. Please note that Lantiasgift may or may not reimburse returned shipping charges on refunds. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
